Customer Service & Return Policy
Plum for Polly wants our favorite things to be your favorite things…but things don’t always work out that way, do they? In the event of a return please follow these guidelines below.
BASICS:
- CLOTHING…
- Once the items have been received by you, you have 10 days in which to return the item to Plum for Polly. Items received after 10 days will not be accepted.
- Items must be in their original condition. Items that have noticeable signs of wear or have been washed will not be accepted. Items must have all original tags and labels attached and be in resalable condition.
- SHOES…
- Once shoes have been received by you, you have 10 days in which to return them to Plum for Polly. Items received after 10 days will not be accepted.
- Shoes must be returned in their original packaging (the shoe box).
- Shoes must be tried on only indoors on a soft surface.
- Shoes must have all tags and labels attached and be in resalable condition.
- EARRINGS & UNDERGARMENTS… Because of hygiene issues, earrings and undergarments are final sale. No exceptions.
- SALE ITEMS… All sale items are final sale. No exceptions.
COSTS:
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to Plum for Polly’s shipping error or a defective product.
SPECIFICS:
- Include your order number and name on the outside of the return.
- Your order should come with an invoice and return form. Fill out the return form and include with the item you wish to return.

- Returns will be made to the original form of payment.
- A previously used discount code cannot be applied to a different item at a later date.
EXCHANGE:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or entirely different item include that information on the return form you received with your order. Include the return form with your shipment. As soon as the return has been processed, Plum for Polly will confirm shipment of the new item. If the desired item is not in stock, or not available, you will be contacted.
STORE CREDIT:
If you wish to receive store credit for a returned item, include that information on the return form you received with your order. Include the return form with your shipment. As soon as the return has been processed, the credit amount will be applied to your Plum for Polly account for use at a future time. Credits are good for one year from date of issue.
